Announcing another Free Knitting Workshop! Join us on Tuesday, January 17th for a Free Thrummed Mittens Knitting Workshop.  We'll cast on and learn the basics of knitting with thrums and making a simple mitten in this two hour workshop.  Most of the knitting will be done on your own after the workshop.

Tuesday, January 24th: Felted Slippers Workshop

Announcing another Free Knitting Workshop! Join us on Tuesday, January 24th for a Free Felted Slippers Knitting Workshop.  We'll cast on and get started knitting our cozy striped slippers in Lamb's Pride Worsted.  We will review the knitting techniques required to complete this project and offer an overview of successful felting.  Most of the knitting will be done on your own after the workshop.

Saturday, February 18, 2012: Magic Loop Knitting & Two-at-a-Time Socks Class

Announcing a one time Magic Loop Technique Class with teacher Barbara Grubbs!  Join us on Saturday, February 18th for this class.  We'll cast on and learn how to knit using the Magic Loop technique and how to knit two socks at a time in this two and a half hour workshop.  Most of the knitting will be done on your own after the workshop. Materials:  One skein fingering weight wool, one set US#2 40" circular needles (or size required to get gauge).  Please bring or purchase a sock pattern. This technique can be used with just about any cuff down sock pattern.
